Shine Without Gear: Introducing WebLight.app

WebLight.app turns a browser tab into a light source, moving background, or information display. You can adjust the tool on screen and use fullscreen without installing an app or creating an account.

Add Light to a Video Call

Open Ring Light on a screen near your camera. Adjust brightness and color temperature while watching your camera preview. The light reaching your face depends on the screen's brightness, distance, and the other light in the room.

A screen can supplement a nearby light source, but it does not have the output of a dedicated lighting panel. If the effect barely changes your camera image, move the display closer or change the room lighting. The ring light setup guide explains camera preview and placement.

Key Light and Fill Light offer other patterns for experimenting with the bright and shadowed sides of your face. Move the physical screen to change where the light comes from.

Put Information on a Spare Screen

The Slideshow tool rotates slides with headers, body text, and color or image backgrounds. Use it for opening hours, a welcome message, or a short event schedule. Set the display duration so people have time to read each slide.

Slides save in the browser on that device. They do not sync between screens, so keep a separate copy of your source material. See the slideshow setup guide before running an unattended display.

Try Moving Backgrounds

The effects directory includes particle fields, music-reactive visuals, clocks, and other screen tools. Music-reactive effects need microphone permission when you enable them. Preview motion and audio on your actual display before using an effect in a call, stream, or event.

Local Processing and Site Services

Core tools process selected media in your browser. WebLight also uses analytics, contact forms, and third-party operational services; the Privacy Policy explains what they receive. Some tools save settings locally, while others reset after a reload.

Choose a tool from the library, adjust its controls, and select Go Fullscreen when you are ready. Press Escape or use the fullscreen controls to return.
